The tourist package is organized and operated by Kayak Adventure Zadar, a fully licensed operator, with ID number HR-AB-23-13010010305
All reservation must be made in writing by e-mail, online booking system or in person at the offices of our partner travel agencies
All cancellation must be send in writing or in person at the offices of our partner travel agencies. In case of cancellation, client will receive refunds in following schedule:
15+ days prior to arrival – 100%
10 – 14 days prior to arrival – 80%
3 – 9 days prior to arrival – 50%
0 – 2 days prior to arrival – 0%
Cancellation by Kayak Adventure – The itineraries are subject to change depending on group preferences and abilities, weather conditions and other acts of nature or other higher force. In case of cancelations prior to arrival, Kayak Adventure will inform the client as soon as possible. In that case client has an option of accepting the new schedule, if available or receiving full refund for the trip.
We cannot delay departure times of any of our tours/transfers due to late arrivals and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not arrive at the meeting point on time. Refunds cannot be provided for non-arrivals. If you are unsure of meeting points, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance.
No previous kayaking experience is required for our tours. However, participants are responsible for being in sufficient health and physical fitness to join the trip. Basic fitness level is required for these kind of outdoor activities. All clients participate on their own risk. Kayak Adventure provides basic insurance in case of accidents or injuries. Clients are advised to get the additional insurance in their country by their preferences.
Any personal information collected during the service will be kept confidential. We reserve the right to disclose medical information in case of injuries or illness, or any private information required by insurance company
